How to get to Hunts Point
By Land or by Sea
Nova Scotia is accessible from the US and the rest of Canada by the Trans Canada Highway through the province of
New Brunswick. Greyhound (New York) and Voageur (Montreal) bus lines connect with Acadian Lines in Nova Scotia,
and VIA Rail has stations in Truro and Halifax.
You can reach the south shore of Nova Scotia by ferry from Bar Harbor and Portland, Maine (landing at Yarmouth)
and from Saint John, New Brunswick (landing at Digby).
From Halifax: Highway 103, exit 20A to route
3; travel 5 miles west.
From Yarmouth: Highway 103, exit 20 to route 3; travel 3 miles east.
From Digby: Route 8 to Liverpool; 7 miles west on the Lighthouse
Route.

There are daily flights landing in Halifax from destinations in Canada, the US, continental Europe and the UK.
Yarmouth is also served by an airport, and like Halifax International, has limousine service and car rentals available.
